The famous 4 season hotel opened few months ago and has this amazing rooftop where i like to go chill for an early sunset drink :) the food was disapointing...but the magnificient view and minimalist decor was worth it..check out the pictures..

a winery day...

i have been absent for a while therefore i have a good excuse :) friends from the States were visiting Lebanon and i had a full shedule showing them around :)
One of the best moment was the Massaya day (famous winery in Lebanon-Bekaa) feels like paradise...so quiet and peaceful...

We spent a whole day there: They offer a traditional lebanese breakfast around 11ham then a winery tour in the cellars, then lunch (an amazing bbq buffet) then dessert later around 4hpm. It was a great day, very relaxing good food good wine with a bunch of friends... a must do experience...:))

Maki Maki

Wanna enjoy a cool sushi experience?? Go to Maki! It's the first restaurant in Beirut as far as i know that uses the ipad as a sushi menu!!! It's called Maki and it's in Ashrafieh Sodeco street... i love discovering up to date restaurants and i hope they will all start using ipad menus in Leb!!! Hellooo to innovation and technology!
It was so cool to browse the ipad to select the sushis! They have a selection of very original and yummy makis !!! Try nano maki and issa maki! my favorites :)))

To be brides on the same day :)

Charlene and Kate Moss were the talk of every news paper today! they both got married with class and on the same day! One in France the other in England! One in an Armani dress the other in a Galliano one :))) One a princess another top model but both beautiful and both happily married!
I dont know if you noticed but this season brides (Kate Middleton, Charlene Wittstock and Kate Moss) are all so chic and simple look.  No excess of jewelery actually almost No jewels, plain dresses and very very natural make up.
We did expect the royal brides to be spectacular but the bridal trend seem to be going towards simplicity look and as the famous french say: la simplicite fait la beaute! i do agree with that! Congrats ladies!!
